Do these shortcuts work for you?
Two shortcuts make up the Request section of the Postman list: Send request, and Send and download response. General includes New request, Open / Import, Save request and Save as. Sidebar and Navigation has Toggle sidebar, Open command palette, Search and View keyboard shortcuts, all with the same single modifier.

Tips for Postman
- In Tabs, the two bracket keys switch tabs: Switch to previous tab ⇧⌘[ and Switch to next tab ⇧⌘] differ only in the bracket.
- Shift added to New tab ⌘T gives Reopen closed tab ⇧⌘T, and added to Save request ⌘S it gives Save as ⇧⌘S.
- Send and download response ⌥⌘S and Save request ⌘S share a letter. The first has one modifier more.
