Do these shortcuts work for you?

New request, Open / Import, Save request and Save as are in the General section of the Postman list, and Send and download response is in Request. Sidebar and Navigation has Toggle sidebar, Open command palette, Search and View keyboard shortcuts, all with the same single modifier.

Tips for Postman

  • In Tabs, the two bracket keys switch tabs: Switch to previous tab CtrlShift[ and Switch to next tab CtrlShift] differ only in the bracket.
  • Shift added to New tab CtrlT gives Reopen closed tab CtrlShiftT, and added to Save request CtrlS it gives Save as CtrlShiftS.
  • Send and download response CtrlAltS and Save request CtrlS share a letter. The first has one modifier more.
