Do these shortcuts work for you?
Alignment in the Text Formatting section of the Pages list takes one modifier: Align the text flush left, Center the text and Align the text flush right share it. In the same section, Copy the paragraph style and Paste the paragraph style add one modifier to the keys of Copy the selection and Paste the selection. General & View includes Insert Page Break and Show Formatting Characters. In the Find & Edit section, Find previous adds Shift to Find next, and Highlight Text uses two modifiers and a letter.

Tips for Pages
- Justify Text ⌥⌘| and Center the text ⌘| share a key, and Justify Text ⌥⌘| has one modifier more.
