Do these shortcuts work for you?

Back and Forward use the left and right arrow keys with one modifier in the Firefox list, and Reload (Override Cache) is Reload with Shift added. Both pairs are in Navigation, with Focus Address Bar. In the Bookmarks & History section, Bookmark Page, Open History and Open Downloads use one modifier and a letter, and Toggle Bookmarks and Clear Recent History use two modifiers.
