Previous Tab in Terminal (macOS)

Press Control + Shift + Tab to move to the tab on the left.

What it does

The tab to the left of the current one comes to the front, and from the first tab the command wraps around to the last. Tabs keep the order in which you arranged them, and dragging a tab changes that order. Giving your tabs a title in the Inspector makes it easier to know where a step to the left will land.
