Do these shortcuts work for you?

Save scene, Save scene as and Save all scenes use one letter in the Godot Engine list and differ only in their modifiers. In the 2D/3D Viewport section, Select mode, Move mode, Rotate mode and Scale mode are single letters. Scene & Nodes has Rename node on a function key and Delete selected node on a single key. Debug & Run has Run project, Run current scene, Stop running and Toggle breakpoint.
