New Identity (New Tor Circuit) and Clear Recent History make up the Privacy and Security section, and both use the same two modifiers. In Navigation, Force Reload is Reload with Shift, and Stop Loading is a single key. Tabs and Windows includes New Private Window, Reopen Closed Tab and Go to Last Tab.
