Do these shortcuts work for you?
On the number keys in order, with one modifier, the Edge list has Switch to Tab 1 through Switch to Tab 8, and on the nine key it has Switch to Last Tab. Favorites & History has Add Favorite, Save All Tabs as Favorites, Toggle Favorites Bar and Open History. Page Actions includes Read Aloud and Paste Without Formatting, and Downloads has one shortcut, Open Downloads.

Tips for Edge
- Two Edge shortcuts are a function key alone: Immersive Reader F9 and Toggle Developer Tools F12.
- In PDF, Rotate PDF Left ⌃[ and Rotate PDF Right ⌃] use the two bracket keys with one modifier.
- Save All Tabs as Favorites ⇧⌘D differs from Add Favorite ⌘D only by Shift.
