Close Tab in Chrome (Linux)

Press Ctrl + W to close the tab you are looking at.

What it does

Close Tab removes the current tab and moves you to a neighbouring one. When it was the last tab of the window, the window closes too. A tab closed by mistake is not lost: Reopen Closed Tab brings it back, with its history. Pinned tabs close the same way, so check which tab is in front before you press.
