Find and Replace in Word (Windows)
Press Ctrl + H to open Find and Replace.
What it does
Enter the text to find and the text to put in its place. Replace changes the match that is selected, Replace All changes all of them in one step and reports how many. The options under More match the case or whole words, and they can search for a format, such as all bold text, or for special marks like the end of a paragraph.
