Free Transform in Photoshop (Windows)
Press Ctrl + T to put a transform box around the layer or the selection.
What it does
The handles of the box scale the content, and dragging outside the box rotates it. A right-click inside offers skew, distort, perspective, warp and flipping. Enter applies the change and Escape cancels it. Turning a layer into a Smart Object first lets you transform it again later without the loss of quality that repeated scaling causes.
