What it does
A frame is the container of a design in Figma: a screen, a card, a section of a page. With the Frame tool active, drag on the canvas to draw one, or pick a preset size for a phone, a tablet or a desktop in the right panel. Layers inside a frame move with it, can be clipped to its edges, and can be arranged by auto layout.
