Paste Special in Excel (macOS)
Press Control + Command + V to open the Paste Special dialog.
What it does
Paste Special lets you choose what to paste from what you copied: only the values, only the formulas, only the formats, or the column widths. Values is the common choice, because it turns formulas into their results. The dialog can also add, subtract, multiply or divide the copied numbers into the target cells, and swap rows and columns with Transpose.
